应用
本品用于通过膜过滤技术检测粪便大肠菌。
制备说明
将52 g溶解在1升蒸馏水中，煮沸以完全溶解。添加10 ml 1% 玫瑰红酸(货号861324)，溶剂为0.2 N NaOH。频繁搅拌下继续加热1分钟。请勿高压蒸汽灭菌！冷却至45-50℃。在培养皿(50-60mm)中分装4毫升，并待其固化。
