制备说明
Dissolve 51 g in 1 litre distilled water and add 1 ml Tween® 80 (Cat. No. P8074). Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Fill into containers and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. lncubate the culture up to 3 days at 35℃ or up to 5 days at 30℃. If possible, incubate the culture in a CO2 enriched atmosphere in an anaerobic jar.

The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
