生化/生理作用
Ligand of numb-protein X 2 (LNX2) modulates NOTCH signaling and WNT/β-catenin pathway. It associates with junction adhesion molecule 4 (JAM 4) and has a role in epithelial-mesenchymal transition. LNX2 has been shown to be upregulated in ovarian cancer.
