System contains: Canon G12 digital camera, basic lift-off dark room hood.
This is the perfect low cost option to upgrade to digital documentation of your gels. Can be used with most 21 x 21 cm tranilluminators.
Main software functions include: lane creation, background subtraction, band detection, profile deconvolution, and molecular size, pI and quantity calibration.
System comprises of:

• Canon G15 digital camera (12.1 MP)
• 2GB storage card
• Ethidium bromide & close up +3 filters
• Lift-off hood
• Available with optional TotalLab^™ 1D software
