7-nitro-2-1,3-benzoxadiazol-4-yl (NBD) phosphatidylglycerol (PG) is a fluorescently labeled lipid where the NBD moiety is attached to the phosphatidylglycerol (PG). PG is abundant in the pulmonary surfactant. It is localized in the alveoli.
应用
16:0-06:0 NBD PG is suitable for lipoteichoic acid synthase (eLtaS) enzyme assay.

Phosphatidylglycerol (PG) controls inflammatory mechanism against viral infections.
