生化/生理作用
C 反应蛋白 (CRP) 是正五聚蛋白家族的一部分，在肝脏合成。它是全身炎症的标志，也可能在动脉粥样硬化、脑卒中和心肌梗死中发挥作用。组织损伤和创伤期间 CRP 水平升高。该蛋白作为调理素与肿瘤细胞膜上的磷脂结合。这可能导致肿瘤细胞溶解。CRP 也是年龄相关性黄斑变性 (AMD) 的生物标志物。
