SeqClin Wash Solution is recommended for use in a maintenance wash of sequencing systems.

This 5X SeqClin stock solution contains 2.5% TWEEN® 20 with 0.15% ProClin™ 300. Preparation of 1X SeqClin working buffer: Dilute the 5X concentrated buffer 5-fold with ultrapure water (= 18 MΩ x cm resistivity at 25 ℃).
Notes: If precipitation is present in the 5X concentrated buffer, warm the bottle to 25 ℃ and mix until
completely dissolved prior to dilution. It is recommended 1X working solutions be filtered through a 0.2 mm filter before use.
