Rat small intestine epithelial

细胞系描述

Normal rat small intestine epithelial cells which synthesise fibronectin and collagen. Growth is inhibited by cortisol. Cells possess cell surface antigens specific for intestinal epithelial cells in vivo. Capable of at least 10 population doublings.

培养基

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 0.1 IU/ml Insulin + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37℃.
