Iscoves Modified Dulbeccos Medium (IMDM) + 2 mM glutamine + 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Where the cells are grown under static conditions, 0.02% EDTA, trypsin or mechanical agitation maybe required to dislodge them from the plastic.

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 10⁵ cells/ml. 5% CO₂; 37 ℃. Saturation density 9 x 10⁵/ml
