CyJohnPhos[(2-联苯基)二环己基膦] 是由 Buchwald 小组开发的一种空气稳定、体积大、富含电子的单齿双芳基膦配体，用于增强交叉偶联反应中钯催化的反应性。

应用

CyJohnPhos 可与镍催化剂联合用于叔苄基乙酸酯与芳基硼氧烷的 Suzuki-Miyaura 芳基化反应，生成二芳基和三芳基季铵立体中心。
钯催化合成 1,3,5-三(2′-氨基苯基)苯，是潜在离子受体的核心构件。
芳基卤和三氟甲磺酸酯胺化反应的配体。
