tBuXPhos [2-二-叔-丁基膦基-2′，4′，6′-三异丙基联苯]是由 Buchwald集团开发的空气稳定的富电子二芳基膦配体，用于增强交叉偶联反应中钯催化的反应性。
应用
tBuXPhos 已用于制备 [tBuXPhosAu(MeCN)] BAr4F，是末端芳基烷与取代烯烃的分子间 [2 + 2] 环加成反应，形成具有高区域选择性的官能化环丁烯的金催化剂。
tBuXPhos 是 Pd 催化的 C-O 和 C-N 键形成的配体。
