RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37℃. Cells are difficult to count as they form large clumps. Cells grow as floating aggregates and become confluent within 2 days.
