EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Split confluent cultures 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5x10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37℃. Allow cultures to reach confluency before splitting and do not split more than 1:4.
