显色琼脂用于检测和计数食品、动物饮料和水中大肠杆菌的数量。
制备说明
将36.6 g悬浮于1L蒸馏水中。在沸水浴或流动蒸汽中加热，直到介质完全溶解。在121℃下高温灭菌15分钟。在水浴中冷却至45-50℃，轻轻搅拌并取15ml倒入无菌培养皿中。如在+2至+8℃且避光环境下保存，培养皿可在1周内保持稳定状态。
