CLED Agar has been used as a non-selective media to perform enantiomeric profiling of quinolones and quinolones resistance gene qnrS in wastewater samples

制备说明

将 36.15g 悬浮于 1000ml 蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾以完全溶解培养基。15 lbs 压力 (121℃) 高压蒸汽灭菌 15 分钟。
