制备说明

Suspend 25 g in 960 ml distilled water. Heat in a water-bath at 50℃ for approx. 30 minutes until completely dissolved. Add 40 ml polysorbate (TWEEN^® 20) and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
