Hektoen肠琼脂是一类主要的标准培养基，通常可用于食品微生物学实验室和人类粪便标本中沙门氏菌的选择性检测和分离。
制备说明
将76.67克悬浮在1升蒸馏水中，并让其浸泡。持续搅拌下加热至沸腾。冷却至55-60℃，倒入无菌平板中。 不可高压蒸汽灭菌。介质非常不耐热，因此应避免过热。

用于分离肠道菌病原体的平板培养基；分离志贺氏菌
