应用
本品中的植物蛋白胨相当于动物源蛋白胨。因为含添加剂，本品推荐用于李斯特菌的选择性增菌和鉴定。在 ISO 规范 11290-1:1996 中对其也有描述。
制备说明
Suspend 23.7 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50℃ and aseptically add the dissolved contents of 1 vial of PALCAM Listeria Selective Supplement according to Van Netten et al. (Cat. No. 02336). Mix well before dispensing.
