应用

用于食物和其他材料中脂肪水解微生物(葡萄球菌、假单胞菌、梭菌和海洋黄杆菌)的检测和计数。

制备说明

将20g溶解在1升蒸馏水中。在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。冷却至80℃并添加10g中性三丁酸甘油酯(货号 91010)。

研究某些梭菌的脂肪水解活性
