应用

用于分离食品和环境标本中沙门氏菌的选择性增菌培养基。

组分

大豆粉木瓜蛋白酶消化物 5g/1110mL；
氯化钠 8g/1110mL；
磷酸二氢钾 1.6g/1110mL；
无水氯化镁 18.7g/L(相当于 40g/1110mL 六水氯化镁)；
孔雀绿 0.04g/1110mL

制备说明

Suspend 30.0 g in 1 litre distilled water. Heat gently if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired into tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 115℃ for 15 minutes.
