一般描述

缓冲蛋白胨水适合用作第一稀释剂，因为相同的匀浆可用于检测其他微生物。可以使用缓冲蛋白胨水对培养基进行预富集，以增加靶标浓度并提高灵敏度。它还用于非选择性地从食物和其他材料中预富集细菌，特别是肠杆菌科的致病菌(亚致死性伤害)。

应用

缓冲蛋白胨水可用于均质化家禽样品。它也可用于金黄色葡萄球菌的微生物培养，然后通过 GC-MS 分析来确定高良姜提取物的化学成分，以及通过 HPLC 分析来分离印度醋栗提取物的化合物。

制备说明

取20g溶于1升蒸馏水中。在121℃高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。
