制备说明

取42 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。121℃高压灭菌15分钟。

其他说明

用于分离李斯特菌属的培养基中的基础琼脂来自严重污染材料；在一种简单的平板试验中检测 A 组链球菌蛋白酶。
