一般描述
丙二酸(MA)，也称为丙二酸，是一种二羧酸。丙二酸的晶体在室温下是三斜晶系。已经研究了铈(IV)在硫酸溶液中氧化丙二酸。已经描述了在二氧化钛(TiO2)的水悬浮液中光催化分解丙二酸的反应动力学。
应用
丙二酸可用作玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉之间的交联剂，以改善其机械性能。
