4-tert-Butylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid may be used in the preparation of N-((S)-3-(4-(7-chloroquinolin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)-1-henylpropyl)-4-tert-butylcyclohexanecarboxamide.
