Human myeloblastic leukaemia lymphoblast

Established from peripheral lymphocytes of a patient with myeloblastic leukaemia at the Queensland Institute for Medical Research. It produces EBV and has been used in co-cultivation lymphocyte transformation studies. Non-uniform lymphoblast.

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Maintain cultures at 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37℃.
