一般描述

p27(Kip1)是一种细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂，参与 G1 阻滞。p27(Kip1)结合并抑制 cyclinE-Cdk2 复合物、cyclinA-CDK2 和 cyclinD1-CDK4。p27(Kip1)受丝氨酸 10(S10)和苏氨酸 187(T187)磷酸化的调控。CDK2 磷酸化 T187 导致 p27(Kip1)的泛素化和降解。而 hKIS 磷酸化 S10 则导致出现从胞核向胞质转运的信号。
