应用
用于检测大肠菌群和在水分析中对大肠杆菌进行早期检测的选择性培养基。根据Mossel(1962)用于检测食物中的粪便污染。
制备说明
将33.1 g溶于于1升蒸馏水中，在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。冷却至45℃并添加 3 ml 无菌1% TTC溶于(货号17779)。混匀，然后倒入平板。

检测食物的粪便污染；Tergitol-7的一种有用的选择性杀菌特性
