应用
溶解于水中以制成0.1M溶液。无需调整pH。保障的准确度：±0.1 pH单位。
Tris具有显著的温度系数，因此请选择可在所需温度下提供所需最终pH的混合物。
从5 ℃到25 ℃，平均每升高 1 ℃ pH 会下降0.03。
从25 ℃到37 ℃，平均每升高 1 ℃ pH 会下降0.025。
如果需要不同的浓度，请注意浓度会对溶液的pH有影响。
该产品经细胞培养测试。它还经过了低内毒素水平检测并分析了是否已去除核酸酶和蛋白酶。
