一般描述
This high-activity recombinant alkaline phosphatase has a minimum Specific Activity of ≥ 15,000 U/mg (measured at 37 ℃), and a minimum purity of ≥ 95% by HPLC.
No animal-derived components are used in the production process. This mitigates the risk of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) and other animal-caused infections. This animal component free (ACF) recombinant alkaline phosphatase guarantees superior lot-to-lot consistency and eliminates BSE risk.
应用
Alkaline phosphatase is used for conjugation to antibodies and other proteins for ELISA, Western blotting, and histochemical detection.
