单克隆抗肌动蛋白(肌节)(小鼠IgG1同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和纯化的兔横纹肌免疫小鼠的脾细胞融合产生的5C5杂交瘤。肌动蛋白是真核细胞中的主要细胞骨架蛋白。
