This Anti-H-CAM Antibody, Pan, clone SFF-2 is validated for use in FC, IC, IH, IH(P) for the detection of H-CAM.
Immunohistochemistry: 1 µg/mL; acetone fixed cryostat sections; 2 µg/mL following heat-induced epitope retrieval in 0.01 M citrate buffer, pH 6.0 (Banfalvi, 1999).
Immunofluorescence
Flow Cytometry: 1:20 as determined on U937 cells
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
