PAP associated domain containing 4 (PAPD4; GLD2) is a poly(A) polymerase localized to the cytoplasm. It interacts with an RNA-binding protein, GLD-3, poly(A) and stimulates the translation of mRNA molecules. It regulates the stability and cytoplasmic polyadenylation of human p53 mRNA.
