POLR1E (Polymerase (RNA) I polypeptide E, 53kDa) is a bladder cancer-associated urinary protein. Studies have shown that the expression of POLR1E in cancer cell is upregulated, which indicates its influence on the growth and metastasis of cancerous cells. Based on the research, POLR1E has been predicted as a potential target for bladder cancer therapy.
