生化/生理作用

RBM44 (RNA binding motif protein 44) gene encodes a protein that contains an RNA recognition motif of unknown function. It is abundantly expressed in the testis in pachytene and secondary spermatocytes. It is a germ cell intercellular bridge protein that is not required for fertility.
