应用
Immunoblotting. The antibody recognizes a major band at ~97 kDa and minor bands at 15 kDa, 30 kDa, 68 kDa and 160 kDa.
Immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
