Diamido-dPEG®11-diamine is a linear, carboxylate reactive homobifunctional dPEG® crosslinker of length of 57.1 Å. The dPEG® chain contains exactly 11 repeat units. It is hydrophilic and non-immunogenic. Products conjugated to dPEG® crosslinkers have improved water solubility, reduced immunogenicity, and larger hydrodynamic volume, which results in longer serum half-life in vivo.
