一般描述

HIV-1 gag antigen (recombinant) (a.a. 77-436) of the HIV-1 gag region. The protein migrates at 40kDa and larger because of aggregations. When reacted with a p24 specific antisera multiple bands are obtained from 50kDa up to over 200kDa. Reacts strongly with human I HIV positive serum.
