一般描述
Interleukin 17 receptor A (IL17RA), also known as cluster of differentiation w217 (CDw217), is a pro-inflammatory cytokine secreted by activated T-lymphocytes. IL 17RA associates with IL 17RC to form a signaling receptor complex for IL17 and IL17F. Ligand and IL 17RA ligation promotes T cell activation and the production of IL - 6, G-CSF, SCF, and multiple pro-inflammatory chemokines. Defects in IL17RA are the cause of familial candidiasis type 5 (CANDF5).
The IL17RA (Interleukin 17 receptor A) gene is mapped to human chromosome 22q11.1 and is expressed ubiquitously and exhibits a broad tissue distribution.
生化/生理作用
Interleukin 17 receptor A (IL17RA) offers protection against pathogenic infection as it plays an important role in host defence mechanism. IL17RA deficiency might lead to the risk of chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis. IL-17A is a proinflammatory cytokine and its immune response is mediated by IL17RA.
外形
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization.
重悬
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH 7.4 to a concentration of 50 μg/mL. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8℃ for up to 1 month. For extended storage, it is recommended to store at -20℃.
