应用

Saline-Sodium Phosphate-EDTA is used as a hybridization buffer in Northern and Southern blotting. It is also used as a wash buffer in DNA-microarray technique.

Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 1000 mL of ultrapure water, will yield a 1× solution containing 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.4 at 25 ℃. Contents tested to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free.

储存及稳定性

Store at room temperature. Product may naturally agglomerate but can be simply broken up within the pouch prior to use.
