The hybridoma cell line OX-114 recognises mouse CD147 secretes monoclonal IgG1 antibodies reactive with rat L-selectin.

The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG1.

培养基

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

传代培养常规

Seed at 5 x 10⁴ cells/ml (5 x 10⁵ cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 10⁵ - 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO₂, 37℃. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
