EZ-Fluo^™ Reagent Kit is a part of EZ-Fluo^™ rapid detection system. The kit consists of reconstitution reagent, fluorescence reagent, staining buffer, plastic storage bag, and transfer pipettes. The fluorescence reagent is initially non-fluorescent, but an intracellular enzyme that is active only as part of the metabolic processes of living cells, cleaves the substrate to liberate the fluorophore. The accumulated fluorophore is detected by EZ-Fluo^™ Reader. The read out can be performed either through the window of the reader or the EZ-Fluo^™ Camera, which transfers the image of the colonies on to a computer.

应用

EZ-Fluo^™ Reagent Kit is used for the rapid detection of microbial contamination in raw materials, in-process samples, final products, water, and environmental samples.
