Swagelok® Bored-through union was suitable for connecting paint can and ground-glass joint in order to carry out the continuous steam micro-distillation through a segment of PTFE tube. It may also be suitable for swaging ferrule onto the tubing to show chip-to-tube bonding demonstrated with a five-port silicon microreactor.
