ACDC is a protein that is exclusively expressed in the adipocytes. ACDC polymoprhisms have been linked to severe obesity in children and adults.
Rabbit Anti-ACDC antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, pig, canine, rabbit, and bovine ACDC.

应用
Rabbit Anti-ACDC antibody can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 5.0 μg/ml. It can also be used for immunohistochemistry applications at 4-8 μg/ml, using paraffin-embedded tissues.

Adiponectin (ACDC) is expressed in adipose tissue exclusively. It is similar to collagens X and VIII and complement factor C1q. Adiponectin circulates in the plasma and is involved with metabolic and hormonal processes.
