ARIH2 is an E3 ligase that elongates ubiquitin chains. Studies have reported that ARIH2 regulates embryogenesis. ARIH2 deficiency has been linked to fatal stimulation of the immune system in mice.
Rabbit Anti-ARIH2 antibody binds to bovine, human, mouse, rat, canine, and chicken ARIH2.

应用
Rabbit Anti-ARIH2 antibody can be used for western blotting assays at a concentration of 2.5 μg/ml. It can also be used for IHC of paraffin-embedded tissues at 4-8 μg/ml.

ARIH2 might act as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, or as part of E3 complex, which accepts ubiquitin from specific E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, such as UBE2L3/UBCM4, and then transfers it to substrates.
