产品说明
一般描述
CLIC2 codes for an intracellular chloride ion channel protein. CLIC2 forms pH-dependent chloride channels in in vitro conditions. Its chloride channel functions are modulated by pH levels and redox status. It interacts with skeletal ryanodine receptor (RyR1).
Rabbit Anti-CLIC2 antibody recognizes human, bovine, rabbit, and rat CLIC2.
免疫原
Synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human CLIC2
应用
Rabbit Anti-CLIC2 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 1.25 μg/ml.
生化/生理作用
Chloride channels are a diverse group of proteins that regulate fundamental cellular processes including stabilization of cell membrane potential, transepithelial transport, maintenance of intracellular pH, and regulation of cell volume. Chloride intracellular channel 2 (CLIon Channel2) is a member of the p64 family; the protein is detected in fetal liver and adult skeletal muscle tissue.
序列
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: HLSPKYKESFDVGCNLFAKFSAYIKNTQKEANKNFEKSLLKEFKRLDDYL
外形
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
