GA-binding protein (GABP) is a member of Ets family of transcription factors that functions as a heterodimer. The α subunit binds to DNA while the β subunit enables transactivation of the target genes.

应用
Anti-GABPB2 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 0.5 μg/ml. For immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration of 4-8 μg/ml is suitable.
生化/生理作用
GABPB2 isoform of the β subunit has a distinct role in humoral immune responses. It is reported to have an inhibitory role in B cell expansion.
