Anti-KLHL31 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 0.5μg/ml and for immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections at a concentration of 4-8μg/ml.
生化/生理作用
Kelch-like family member 31 (KLHL31; KLHL) is a transmembrane protein belonging to the Kelch-like protein family characterized by the presence of BTB and POZ domains. It is highly expressed in differentiated skeletal muscle, myocardium and the developing heart. This protein acts as the transcriptional activator of MAPK/JNK pathway. The expression of KLHL31 is important for vertebrate myogenesis.
