生化/生理作用
SLIT and NTRK-like family, member 1 (SLITRK1) is an integral membrane protein containing leucine-rich repeats at the N-terminal and shares homology with Trk neurotrophin receptors at the C-terminal. SLITRK1 interacts with 14-3-3 protein to regulate neurite outgrowth. Aberrations in SLITRK1 gene are associated with Tourette syndrome and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
