SRγ (sex determining region γ)-box 11 (SOX11) is involved in embryonic neurogenesis and tissue remodeling. Sox11 is a potential specific biomarker for mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).

Anti-SOX11 (AB2) polyclonal antibody is used to tag SRγ (sex determining region γ)-box 11 for detection and quantitation by Western blotting and in plasma by immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used as a probe to determine the roles of SRγ (sex determining region γ)-box 11 in embryonic neurogenesis and tissue remodeling and as a specific biomarker for MCL.

The protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins.
