TRIP10 (thyroid hormone receptor interactor 10) is an adaptor protein that is regulated by cell lineage-specific induction of human stem cells. Studies have reported that DNA methylation of TRIP10 promoter enhances the determination of the mesenchymal stem cell lineage. Furthermore, TRIP10 has been implicated in the growth and survival of cancer cells through differential methylation processes.
